Before the busiest four days of the year, I'll go through your store the way a first-time shopper on a phone would, then walk you through what I found on a 30-minute call. I've been a full-time Shopify designer and developer for years and ran my own boutique in NYC. No report to read, no strings attached, just solid and actionable info.

BFCM traffic finds every weak spot
A slow product page or a checkout that stumbles on mobile is an annoyance most of the year. In late November it's lost orders, at the exact moment you've paid the most to get people there.
The good news: most of what an audit turns up can be fixed in one or two focused days, not weeks. Which is great, because weeks is what we're working with at this point 🙃
